Farm Information
| Walker Farms is a small, family-owned operation located in the scenic Arkansas River Valley. We are committed to offering quality horses which are not only beautiful and flashy, but intelligent, gentle, and with bloodlines that have proven themselves for decades. Currently, we are breeding Warmbloods and American Paint horses. We hope to offer American Cream Drafts and exotic hybrids in the future. For mares, we have 5 double-registered APHA/PtHA Paint mares, 1 AQHA-registered Quarter Horse mare, 2 index-registered NASDHA draft mares, 1 Jockey Club-registered Thoroughbred mare, and 1 double-registered ACDHA/ICHR American Cream Draft mare. For stallions, we have a double-registered APHA/PtHA double homozygous Paint stallion a triple-registered ACDHA/ICHR/SHRI American Cream Draft stallion, and a Grant's Zebra colt. At Walker Farms, all of our horses are handled daily. The foals are all imprinted at birth and taught basic lessons (leading, tying, and allowing their feet to be picked up) before being sent to their new homes.
